eStore4you Delivery Information

We deliver within UK only.

* Orders will be dispatched from our warehouse within 48 hours after cleared payment and will be delivered by either Royal Mail or DHL home delivery depending on the weight and value of the order.

* Our deliveries are being sent out from Mon to Fri. Usual shipping time is 1-3 days, however please allow for up to 10 days in case it has been delayed.

* If a purchased item is lost during delivery, eStores UK Ltd will either refund the cost of purchase and delivery, or ship a replacement item at no additional cost (Please allow up to 14 days before claiming for the lost goods).

*We cannot ship goods to PO boxes as delivery address.

* In the event that an item has been returned by the shipping company due to the buyer’s fault (ie. The item wasn’t collected, or for any other reason), the cost of shipping will not be refundable to the buyer, and the buyer will be charged a £12 handling fee, and any additional shipping costs for re-sending the item.
