Guarantee & Returns: * Customer acknowledges that eStores UK Ltd is not the manufacturer of the Goods. eStores UK Ltd will endeavour to transfer to the customer the benefit of any warranty or guarantee given by the manufacturer or supplier of the Goods to eStore UK Ltd, such guarantee (if applicable) to be limited to free replacement of the Goods subject to compliance with these Conditions of Sale.
* In order to enforce the Manufacturers guarantee the customer should first check with eStores UK Ltd the returns procedure applicable to the Goods concerned, certain products need to be returned directly to the Manufacturer and cannot be accepted by eStores UK Ltd. In the event that the Goods need to be returned to eStores UK Ltd they must be sent at the customers own expense, adequately packed and accompanied by a copy of the supplying invoice.

* All goods are sold as non-returnable unless prior arrangement has been agreed by eStores UK Ltd.
* Goods received by eStores UK Ltd without a copy of the original invoice will not be accepted.
Items Received Damaged: * We and our couriers take the greatest possible care to see that your order is delivered in good condition. However in the event that you take delivery of a parcel which shows signs of damage – please, where a signature is required, sign that the parcel is DAMAGED, then please report the damage WITHIN 2 WORKING DAYS via website contact form or by email.
Faulty Item Received: * In case of receiving a faulty item, customer must contact eStores UK Ltd within 24h (via contact form, by email or by phone). We do not accept claims made after this time.
* In event of receiving faulty item, we will organize the replacement of faulty item at no extra cost.
Wrong Item Received: * Our Quality System ensures we check that items sent out match the order placed. Sometimes errors can occur. We apologise if we have mistakenly sent you a product which does not match the details on your agreed order.
* In event of receiving wrong item, we will organize the replacement of wrong item at no extra cost.
Checkout & Customer Account: * During the checkout process the customer has an option to place the order as a guest or register for an account.
* Customer Accounts offers you the ability to save items to a wishlist and share with friends and family, access and edit your contact information and address book, view your Ratings & Reviews.
